Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water (warm)
    6 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 cake yeast
    3/4 to 1 c. lard
    16 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together water, salt, sugar, yeast and lard slowly; add the flour and mix.
    Let raise until dough doubles in size.
    Punch down; let rise again.
    Punch down and put into bread pans.
    Makes approximately 5 loaves of bread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
    Bread should sound hollow on bottom when tapped if done.
