Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 cans evaporated milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and evaporated milk.
    Finish filling freezer container with milk from carton.
    Leave 3 inches in top of container.
    Freeze in ice cream container.
