Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and cocoa in a large mixing bowl.
In a saucepan, bring water and shortening to a boil, then pour over flour mixture.
Add remaining ingredients and pour into a sheet pan that has been greased and floured.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
It is good with or without frosting.
