Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns, thawed
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (mild)
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together and spread in baking dish.
