Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 8 oz. sour cream
    1 sleeve ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 to 1/2 c. poppy seed
Preparation
    Boil and de-bone chicken.
    Cut into bite size pieces.
    Place in greased casserole dish.
    Mix soup and sour cream.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Crush crackers and sprinkle over soup and sour cream. Melt margarine and drizzle over crackers.
    Sprinkle generously with poppy seeds.
    Cook in 350 degree oven until bubbly.
