Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs for topping
Preparation
    Cook the macaroni according to package directions.
    In a medium saucepan, combine the dry ingredients.
    Stir in milk until smooth.
    Add margarine.
    Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
    Boil for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
    Pour over macaroni in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
