Sausage-Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini (6 to 7-inches)
    1/2 lb. bulk mild Italian sausage
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 c. frozen corn
    1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Preparation
    Cut each zucchini in half, lengthwise.
    Place cut side down in a large skillet; add 1/2-inch water.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until zucchini are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Remove zucchini and drain water.
