Golden Corn Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. self-rising corn meal
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. cream-style corn
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Measure corn meal in a 2-quart bowl.
Break eggs in a 1 1/2-quart to a 2-quart bowl.
Beat and blend in remaining ingredients.
Pour over corn meal and beat well to blend.
For a thick bread, pour into a greased 8-inch square pan and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
