Mexican Hot Dog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 corn tortillas
    6 hot dogs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    chile for flavor
Preparation
    Slice hot dogs in half lengthwise.
    Place on corn tortillas; stuff with cheese and chile (optional).
    Roll corn tortilla around hot dog; pin closed with a toothpick.
    Deep fry until tortilla is crisp.
    Drain on a paper towel; remove toothpicks.
    Serve warm. Makes 6.
