Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 C. peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
1/2 C. milk
1 C. powdered sugar, sifted
3 - 4 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 - 8 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
1 Chocolate or graham cracker crust
Additional Cool Whip, peanuts, shaved chocolate for garnish
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, peanut butter, milk and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into crust. Chill overnight and garnish with chipped cream, peanuts and shaved chocolate, if desired. Or, you may keep in the freezer before serving.
