Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small instant sugar-free vanilla pudding
    1 can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Place pineapple (do not drain) in bowl.
    Add dry pudding mix. Fold in Cool Whip.
    Can be served over angel food cake or eat as is.
    Keeps well so I usually double it.
