Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. oil
    3 unbeaten eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon and baking powder.
    Add oil, eggs, vanilla, zucchini and nuts.
    Mix together with a spoon for 2 minutes.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Fill 3/4 full.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Test to see if done.
