Orange Pecan Goodies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. orange rind
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. pecans

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in sauce pan.
Bring to boil.
Add pecans.
Stir constantly over high heat until all liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat.
Stir until pecans separate; spread over cookie sheet, individually.
