Apple Orange Cinnamon Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2/3 c. light brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. unsalted butter
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange zest
    3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 lb. tart baking apples
Preparation
    Heat the oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine flour, 1/3 cup of the sugar and the salt.
    Cut the butter into small pieces and rub into the flour mixture until crumbly.
    In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining 1/3 cup sugar, cornstarch, orange zest and cinnamon.
    Peel the apples, core and cut into chunks.
    Add to the sugar mixture and toss to coat.
