Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    4 c. buttermilk
    4 eggs
    1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until blended.
    Melt margarine.
    Set aside.
    Measure dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, margarine and buttermilk to dry ingredients.
    Mix until blended (batter should have lumps).
    Pour 1/4 cup batter or as desired on hot griddle.
    Serve with favorite warm syrup.
