Miniature Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Melt butter in boiling water; add flour and salt all at once. Stir over heat until it forms a ball and leaves sides of pan. Cool slightly; add eggs, 1 at a time, beating vigorously until it forms a smooth glossy fairly stiff batter. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake until golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 50 to 75 puffs.
