Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. dry skim milk solids
    3 Tbsp. yeast or 1 to 3 pkg.
    9 to 11 c. flour
    3 3/4 c. hot tap water
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt, dry skim milk, yeast and 3 cups flour.
    Add 3 3/4 cups hot tap water and 1 cup cooking oil.
    Add 3 eggs and 3 cups of flour.
    Add remaining flour, 3 to 5 cups.
    (You should use a total of 9 to 11 cups of flour.)
    Put on floured board; knead 3 to 4 times.
    Put in greased bowl; let rise until double.
    Roll out and cut.
    Should make approximately 60 rolls.
    Let rise until double (about 30 minutes).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
