Wedding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter (butter works better than margarine)
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream the butter and 1/2 cup of sugar until light and fluffy. Add water and vanilla.
    Gradually add flour and nuts.
    Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Cool for 10 minutes.
    Roll in powdered sugar.
    When completely cool, roll again in powdered sugar.
    Yields 2 dozen.
