Breakfast Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small potato, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt, pepper and paprika to taste
    4 to 6 flour tortillas
    4 eggs or equivalent substitute
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    picante sauce
Preparation
    Saute pepper, onion and potato in margarine.
    Add eggs and scramble.
    Add salt, pepper and paprika.
    Serve on warmed tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
    Fold and serve with picante sauce.
