Gullivers Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (16 to 20 oz.) frozen corn
    8 oz. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
    8 oz. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of white or cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except butter and flour.
    Put in pot. Bring to boil, simmer 5 minutes.
    Blend butter with flour.
    Add to corn mixture; mix well.
    Remove from heat.
    Put finished corn in casserole.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Place under broiler until evenly browned.
    Serves 8 to 10.
