Marinated Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
    1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Trim off large leaves of broccoli; remove tough ends of lower stalks.
    Wash broccoli and cut into spears.
    Place in steaming rack over boiling water.
    Cover and steam 10 minutes.
