Smothered Pork Backbone Or Pork Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork fingers or pork backbone
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    3 cloves garlic
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. instant roux
    6 turnips
Preparation
    Brown pork fingers or backbone and remove fat.
    In separate pot, saute onion, bell pepper and garlic.
    Add soup and roux. Then add browned meat and turnips.
    Cook until tender.
