Deep Fried Mozzarella Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices white sandwich bread
    1 1/2 lb. unsliced Mozzarella cheese
    8 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    cooking oil for deep-fat frying
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread slices.
    Cut each slice diagonally into quarters.
    Cut 40 pieces of cheese the same size and thickness of bread pieces.
    Beat together eggs, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and salt.
