Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs or 3 egg whites
    1 (scant) c. corn oil
    3 c. diced Winesap apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs and oil. Add dry ingredients, mixing well. Add apples and nuts.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Allow cake to cool slightly.
