Zucchini-Vegetable Combo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sliced zucchini
    2 lb. tomatoes, peeled with stem ends and cores removed
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In 4 to 6 quart pan or Dutch oven, combine all ingredients; bring to boil.
    Boil 20 to 30 minutes.
    Can also be boiled 2 to 3 minutes, then canned.
