Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine chocolate and milk; cook over low heat until smooth. Add sugar, salt and syrup.
    Cook, stirring, until sugar is dissolved.
    Boil until small amount forms a ball in cold water. Remove from heat.
    Add oleo and vanilla.
    Cool to spreading consistency.
    Makes enough for 4 layers.
