Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 large bananas, diced
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a large wooden spoon.
    (Do not use electric mixer.)
    Spoon into greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
