Peaches And Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) can peach slices
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Drain peach slices, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine flour, salt, butter, milk, baking powder, vanilla pudding mix and egg.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed with electric mixer.
Pour into ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
Arrange peach slices over batter.
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add 1/2 cup sugar and reserved peach juice.
Spoon mix over peaches, leaving 1-inch margin around side of dish.
