Broccoli Cheese Potato Topper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
    2 tbsp sour cream or plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp Dijon - style mustard
    1 c cooked broccoli flowerets
    4 hot baked potatoes, slit
Preparation
    In medium saucepan mix soup sour cream, mustard and broccoli. Over medium heat, heat through, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over potatoes.
    If desired, garnish with red pepper.
