Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. warm milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs (room temperature)
Preparation
    Mix and beat all together just until smooth.
    Overbeating will reduce volume.
    Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full or custard cups half full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes.
    Great with roast beef!
