Rhubarb Pie Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. white sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. margarine
4 c. rhubarb, cut
Preparation
-
Beat together and combine with rhubarb.
Bake in an unbaked pie shell for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Reduce to 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until almost set.
