Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    3 c. Bisquick
    2 or 3 bananas, mashed (about 1 c.)
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, egg, milk and Bisquick; beat hard 30 seconds.
    Add bananas and nuts.
    Pour into well-greased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inch.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, until toothpick stuck in center comes out clean.
    (Crack in top is typical.)
    Cool before slicing.
