Stuffing For Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 slices bread soaked in milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    parsley
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Stuff uncooked tomatoes, pepper or zucchini (or use for meatballs).
    Bake in uncovered casserole with oil in bottom, roll peppers in oil to coat.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 covered for 30 minutes.
    Then bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes uncovered.
