Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook frozen broccoli according to directions or cook fresh broccoli until tender.
    Melt butter, add flour, stirring until smooth.
    Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Add drained broccoli.
    Heat thoroughly.
