Nelda'S Cake(Never Named) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1 1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 c. sugar
dash of salt
6 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted cake flour
Preparation

Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the nuts into a greased and floured tube pan.
Cream the butter and cream cheese.
Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour and salt.
Stir in vanilla and rest of nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool 10 to 15 minutes before turning out.
