Exotic Shish-Kebab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork fillet
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. red wine or apple juice
1/3 c. molasses
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
Preparation

Cut the pork into one-inch pieces.
Marinate for 2 or 3 hours in the mixture of oil, wine or juice, molasses soy sauce and garlic.
Stir occasionally.
Set on skewer pieces of pork intersected with pieces of carrots, mushrooms, green pepper, onions and pieces of pineapple.
Cook in oven at 350\u00b0 (12 minutes for 2 skewers).
