Homemade Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    oil
Preparation
    In skillet, heat 2 inches
    of
    oil
    to 350\u00b0.
    Mix flour and buttermilk.
    Dough may be rolled and cut in 2-inch squares or patted into small pieces.
    Drop
    into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
    Serve
    with butter, confectioners sugar, honey or syrup.
