Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. sliced ham
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can water
    2 c. seasoned croutons
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Put in a greased casserole dish in order given.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes, covered, and 30 minutes, uncovered.
