Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
4 cans cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning
4 cans green chiles
1 pkg. tortilla chips, plain, not flavored
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
Add taco seasoning.
Set aside. Warm soup (do not add water) with onion and green chiles.
Put in layers in large, deep casserole and repeat as follows:
tortillas, then soup mixture, then ground beef, then Cheddar cheese.
Repeat twice and end up with tortillas on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve with taco sauce and sour cream.
