Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 large can evaporated milk
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In a large deep pan, melt butter with evaporated milk. Add sugar. Cook on stove at 400\u00b0. Stir almost constantly. When it reaches a boil that you can't stir away, time for 9 minutes. Turn heat off. Add chocolate chips and marshmallows; stir until melted. Add chopped pecans last.
    Pour into well buttered 10 x 14 dish. Makes 5 pounds.
