Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 lb. mild sausage, browned and drained
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Unroll the crescent rolls in the bottom of the pan.
Press perforations together.
Spread the sausage over the crust, then add the shredded cheese.
Mix the eggs, milk and seasonings together, then pour over the casserole. Bake in a preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until a knife comes out clean from the center.
Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting to serve.
