Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, saut
1 large onion
1 pkg. smoked sausage, cut in small chunks
salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
Preparation

Fry bell pepper, garlic, onion and smoked sausage all together. Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix tomato sauce and diced tomato with sausage mixture and cook 45 minutes slowly.
