Lo-Cal Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion
1 green pepper
2 cans tuna
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine tuna, onion and pepper in bottom of greased pie plate. Combine remaining ingredients in blender and blend until mixed. Pour over items in pie plate.
Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
