Pork Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed potatoes
    3 lb. ground pork
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Place the meat in saucepan.
    Add water, nutmeg, allspice, salt, pepper and onion.
    Cook for 30 minutes over moderate heat; stir often.
    Remove from heat; stir it over mashed potatoes.
    Mix well.
    Cool.
    Line pie plate with crust.
    Add filling and top crust; vent.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
