White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    6 c. chicken broth
    1 chopped onion
    2 chopped garlic cloves
    2 cans chopped green chilies
    1 large bottle Great Northern beans
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts, debone, discard fat.
    Take chicken broth and combine with all ingredients but chicken.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Add shredded chicken.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Add 1/2 pound grated Monterey Jack cheese.
    Place in bowl.
    Sprinkle more cheese.
    If desired, add a dollop of sour cream.
    Serve with salad and bread.
