Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. corn syrup
1/2 c. bourbon
2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Melt chocolate chips over hot water.
Add corn syrup and bourbon.
Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, confectioners sugar and nuts.
Add chocolate mixture (chocolate, corn syrup and bourbon). Let stand 30 minutes.
Shape into balls.
Roll in powdered sugar. Let stand in covered container for at least 3 days. Makes 4 dozen.
