Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns or the amount you need
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    chopped onions (optional)
    1 lb. sausage meat (turkey, ham or chopped meat can be used in place of sausage)
Preparation
    Put the hash browns in a colander to thaw and let the water drain.
    In a bowl, mix sour cream, Cheddar cheese and chopped onions.
    If you use less potatoes, you also will cut the amount here.
    Brown and drain sausage meat.
    In a large bowl, put all of the ingredients and mix well.
    Put in a casserole and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
