Copper Pennies(Marinated Carrots) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 medium bell pepper, sliced thin
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook carrots tender (do not overcook).
Put into deep dish. Mix all other ingredients well.
Pour over carrots and let set in refrigerator before serving.
Will keep indefinitely or until they are all gone!
