Deer Hash, Potatoes, And Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    deer meat, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 potatoes, sliced
    1 Tbsp. Canola oil
Preparation
    Cook deer meat.
    Drain off all juice.
    Mix all ingredient together and place in casserole dish.
    Cover with tinfoil, and cook until potatoes are tender (not over 15 minutes) at 350 degrees.
    Uncover and cook until casserole is brown and almost dried out.
