Blender Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
    2 large cucumbers, peeled (if waxed) and chopped
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. Angostura Aromatic Bitters
    fresh ground pepper
    1/2 c. sliced scallions for garnish
Preparation
    Puree tomatoes in blender.
    Place in large bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Ladle the mixture (about 2 cups at a time) into blender and blend until smooth.
    Combine with tomato puree. Chill.
    Serve very cold.
    Sprinkle with garnish.
    Serves 8. Contains 91 calories.
